Have you been appointed to a quasi-judicial board or tribunal? Will you be writing board or tribunal decisions? This course is intended to help board or tribunal members to:
- bring a reader-oriented perspective to making and writing administrative decisions;
- organize and revise decisions to enhance logic and flow;
- write clear, concise and coherent decisions; and
- gain confidence in decision-writing within their board or tribunal context.

This 12-hour course is livestreamed via Zoom and delivered in 4 sessions at 3 hours per session.
Administrative Justice: Practice and Procedures for Decision-makers is the pre-requisite for this course.
