This workshop explores perspectives on challenges, mistakes, and failures. It examines how small changes in language can foster or hinder learning. By the end of this session, participants will:


  1. Identify the key parts of the brain involved in learning.

  2. Explain how anxiety, stress, and failure impact performance.

  3. Practice tools to develop a "growth mindset"
