RPAS/Drone Complete Advanced Pilot Training & Certification
- Description:
Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are commonly known as drones and have become a vital tool across various industries due to their versatility, efficiency, and accessibility.
This course will introduce you to the fundamentals of drone technology, including design, operation, and navigation. Whether you're a hobbyist or a professional, this course will equip you with the essential knowledge to operate RPAS or UAVs safely and effectively.
This is a starting point for the Transport Canada Advanced RPAS Pilot Certificate and will proper the candidate for the exam and flight review requirements.
What Participants Receive
- 20-hour ground school training related to TP15263
- Other relevant topics not required by Transport Canada TP15263
- 8 hours for other subjects. This also includes documentation and online topics
- Introduction to NavCanada App and flight space approval.
- DJI Unlock Procedures
- Completion of the Advanced RPAS/Drone Exam. (Transport Canada Online)
- Additional preflight training using DJI Drones or your own if acceptable.
- Completion of Transport Canada accredited flight review.
