Join our workshop to master Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques for addressing client ambivalence and resistance. Designed for social service, healthcare and support professionals, this session will teach you how to:


  • Understand MI principles

  • Recognize and manage ambivalence

  • Identify change talk

  • Use strategies that tap into clients' personal motivation


Through presentations, videos, and interactive exercises, you'll gain skills to help clients set and achieve their own goals for change.
