HR Series: Workplace Connections & Well-Being

Description:

Developed for leaders of organizations or human resources professionals, this course equips participants with the knowledge and essential skills necessary to address important issues in modern workplaces.


Participants gain a comprehensive understanding of EDI, its importance in the workplace, and explore initiatives and strategies to support the development of an effective action plan. Learners identify, analyze, and utilize appropriate models for conflict resolution, emphasizing strategies to navigate difficult conversations confidently.
