Many jobs that involve helping others also often involve loss and grief. The way we respond to grief directly impacts the quality and sustainability of our work.

This two day workshop explores the challenges of loss in the workplace. As professionals you will come away more solid in your knowledge of the grief process and confident in your ability to support yourselves, your clients, co‐workers and community.

Over the two days, special emphasis will be given to self care and wellness. Included in this will be practical tools to use throughout your work day: reducing stress in stressful work environments, promoting balance and nurturing self awareness.
