Fall Indoor/Outdoor Planting

Description:

Want to take next year's gardening to a new level? This course offers a 'how to' on the trusted method of planting spinach and carrots in early October to get a head start on next spring's growing season. Also, did you know that fall is the traditional time to plant tulips and hyacinths? Learn the secrets of 'forcing' these spring beauties and have hyacinths in bloom by Christmas! Participants will plant (and take home) one container with five tulips and another with hyacinths. All materials (including containers) are provided.
