"Discover effective and practical tools for resolving conflicts collaboratively in this foundational course. Examine the sources of conflict, attitudes and beliefs, conflict styles, and the role of assumptions and emotions as you gain an overview of conflict dynamics and collaboration strategies. Target your own self-awareness and understanding through structured exercises and simulations, and achieve the prerequisite training for future required courses."


This course will run from Monday May 14 - Wednesday May 16, 2018, 8:30am - 4:30pm at the Kwanlin Dün House of Learning Kenädän Kų̀. Free for unemployed KDFN citizens. Registration is required.


This Justice Institute of BC course (CRES 1100) will be offered in partnership with Yukon College at the Kwanlin Dün House of Learning Kenädän Kų̀.
