The Kwanlin Dün First Nation (KDFN) is seeking three KDFN citizens to sit on the KDFN Citizenship Committee.
In accordance with the Constitution of the Kwanlin Dün First Nation:
 One Citizenship Committee Member will be appointed for a fourteen month term through November 24, 2021.
 Two Citizenship Committee Members will be appointed for two year terms through October 2022.
 One of the three Citizenship Committee Members shall be a KDFN Elder.
Honoraria: Honoraria will be paid in accordance with KDFN policy.
Time Commitment: Meeting schedule is set by the Citizenship Committee; most recently, meetings occurred biweekly.
Qualifications for Appointment
An applicant may be appointed to the Citizenship Committee who:
 Is a citizen of KDFN.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Citizenship Committee exercises authority assigned to it in the Constitution of the Kwanlin Dün First Nation and the KDFN Final Agreement including:
 Make a decision on applications for citizenship or enrollment as a beneficiary;
 Determine the Citizenship status of a person who renounces or loses their Citizenship;
 Provide written reasons to the applicant; and
 Review and contribute to committee terms of reference, rules of procedure, legislation, etc. as required.
