The YFNED Nutrition team is seeking an energetic, creative, and community-minded individual to support our School Nutrition Program in Ross River, Yukon. This position plays a key role in promoting student wellness by preparing and delivering nutritious, high-quality meals and snacks for students and youth throughout the school year.
The key duties include but are not limited to: menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, collaborating with other cooks and cooks’ helpers, cleaning, and supporting school or community events as needed. This position requires the ability to manage one’s own schedule, working closely with school staff and administration to ensure meals are delivered on time and that any allergies or dietary requirements are accommodated.
