Salary: Level 7 Step 1 ($45.47 hourly)Closing Date 4:00pm (YST): July 8, 2026
Reporting to the Privacy Officer, the incumbent obtains, maintains and provides TH records and registration-related information. The incumbent supports TH Citizens with Indian status registration requirements, maintains the TH Citizen Registry and enters information into various databases. The incumbent supports accurate recordkeeping, application tracking and information sharing with Citizens, TH Government jëje’in, the Citizenship Enrollment Committee and Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) officials.
An Eligibility List may be established from this competition – the duration of the eligibility list may be up to 12 months. The eligibility list may be used to fill future permanent full-time, permanent part-time, temporary full-time, temporary part-time, term, or auxiliary on-call vacancies within the same department and classification based on the organizational needs by going the next highest ranked candidate until the eligibility list expires.

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with one year of relevant work experience; an equivalent combination of education, experience, skills and abilities may be considered.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Knowledge of TH social structure, culture and traditions.
- Knowledge of TH Final Agreement, Self-Government Agreement and Constitution.
- Knowledge of the Jay Treaty.
- Knowledge of TH family histories, the TH Constitution Citizenship Code and the Citizenship Enrollment Committee Terms of Reference is an asset.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with jëje’in, Committee members and Citizens.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Conditions of Employment:
- Criminal Record Check.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's license with clear driver's abstract.
- TH101 Cultural Awareness training.
- Willingness to pursue professional development and training as required.
- Completion of First Nation (Indian) Registry (a required training course delivered by Indigenous Services Canada)
