Description:

YFNED is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Joint Education Action Plan (JEAP), an ambitious plan with over 100 actions to take place over the next 3 years, designed to advance First Nation education across the Yukon. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager who is committed to strengthening education outcomes for Yukon First Nation and Indigenous learners.


Leading a small team, building strong relationships, and working in partnership with Yukon First Nations, the Yukon and Federal Governments, and education partners, the Project Manager will oversee complex and interconnected projects within the plan, establish priorities and work plans, manage budgets, monitor progress and results.

Position requirements include: Pre-employment acceptable RCMP Security Clearance and vulnerable sector search. Valid Class 5 Driver’s license & acceptable driver’s abstract. Work may occur outside of regular business hours.
