Prefab Yukon is hiring a full-time, permanent Prefab Assembly Technician for our indoor wall-panel manufacturing operation in Ibex Valley, Yukon.
The work includes reading production drawings, measuring and cutting material, assembling and squaring wood wall panels, installing sheathing, completing quality checks, staging materials, and preparing finished panels for delivery.
Carpentry, framing, construction, woodworking, or manufacturing experience is an asset, but we are also interested in mechanically capable applicants with strong hands-on skills and a willingness to learn.
Wage: $27.00–$36.00/hour, based on experience and demonstrated capability.
Reliable transportation to and from the Ibex Valley worksite is required. Public transportation is not available. A valid Class 5 driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are strongly preferred.
