We are looking for a creative and experienced Executive Director to join our growing team.

Executive Director

Reporting to the Board of Directors, this leadership position is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plans of the organization and implementing policies and procedures consistent with the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of YAWC.


Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field. Previous experience in a leadership role in a multi-cultural environment with an emphasis on First Nation’s culture. Significant experience managing budgets and supervising a team is essential. An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience will be considered.

The salary is $40 - $45 per hour based on experience. The position is full-time and located in Whitehorse.
