The EleV Learning Advisor supports Yukon University's commitment to reconciliation and Indigenous student success by helping the EleV Program learn from its work and strengthen its impact. Reporting to the EleV Manager, this position works with Yukon First Nations, Elders, youth, community partners, and colleagues across the University to build relationships, support learning, and use evidence to improve programs and inform decision-making.

The Advisor leads evaluation and learning activities, facilitates reflection with partners and project teams, and shares program outcomes through reports, presentations, and storytelling. The role also coordinates projects, supports collaboration across the University and with external partners, and provides advice that helps ensure EleV initiatives reflect Yukon First Nations priorities, Indigenous ways of knowing, Yukon University's Reconciliation Framework, and principles of Indigenous Data Sovereignty and OCAP®.

The successful candidate enjoys working with people, bringing ideas together, and helping others learn from experience. They have strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills and are comfortable balancing multiple priorities while contributing to meaningful change for Indigenous learners, communities, and the broader education system.
