Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall community objectives. They will manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, oversee the recruitment and selection process, and nurture a positive working environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall community objectives.2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
3. Support current and future community needs through the development, training, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
5. Nurture a positive working environment.
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR strategies that align with LFN’s vision.
8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
1. Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.2. Experience with building an HR program from the ground up, and resiliency for overcoming obstacles along the way.
3. People-oriented and results-driven.
4. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
6. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
7. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
8. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Nation.
9. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
10. Degree in Human Resources, related field or demonstrated core competencies.
