Yukon University is seeking an Admissions Officer to join our team of talented and committed individuals dedicated to enhancing student success.

The Admissions Officer evaluates and processes domestic and international applications, assesses academic credentials, maintains accurate student records, and provides timely, professional guidance to applicants, students, and university partners. The position plays an important role in ensuring fair and efficient admissions processes while providing excellent front-line service.

The ideal candidate will have two years’ recent related experience within an educational environment using a student information system (i.e. Banner), preferably within a Registrar’s office. The ideal candidate will have experience using a database and various software. The role also requires the ability to correspond with applicants orally and in writing. Excellent customer service and communication skills as well as decision-making skills are essential.

Consideration will be given to those with an appropriate combination of education and experience.
