Family Mediation Training
- Description:
Day 1: overview and introduction to family mediation.
Day 2: delving deeper - focus on process and technique.
Day 3: screening for intimate partner violence with focus on parenting and high conflict families.
Day 4: family mediation within the legal system (unbundling, legal advice, and durability).
Day 5: putting it all together (practical application).
Training can be taken in parts: all 5 days, days 1 and 2, or day 4.
