Bookkeeping Fundamentals Level 2
- Description:
This course is a continuation and advancement of Bookkeeping Fundamentals Level 1.
Building on the theories and foundations learned in Level 1, this course will introduce in-depth bookkeeping procedures such as: specialty journals and control accounts, correcting entries, recording costs related to taxes, freight, duty and brokerage, credit notes, aging of accounts receivable and recording of bad debt. We will also discuss accounting and computers, the basic principles of financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, bank reconciliation, and internal controls.
Prerequisite: Bookkeeping experience or completion of Bookkeeping Fundamentals Level 1.
