This workshop is a two day certified program which provides caregivers with practical “how to” information on how to prevent the immediate risk of suicide by applying a suicide intervention model. The workshop is an interactive program which includes teaching, video

presentations and skill practice. 

Anyone can experience thoughts of suicide. By giving participants the skills to help friends, family members, colleagues, and clients stay alive,
ASIST supports suicide-safer communities. It is also the most widely used suicide intervention training workshop in the world. Over 100,000 people attend ASIST each year in more than 30 countries.

Please be advised that in order to receive certification, you are required to attend the entire session, both days. Please do not sign up if you are not able to commit your time fully to both days.
