What does a Citizen Services Officer do?

Citizen Services Officers are the face of Service Canada. They reflect Service Canada’s commitment to service excellence by providing an exceptional, personalized service experience to each client.

Work one-on-one with clients to provide access to and answers on federal programs such as: Canada Pension Plan; Old Age Security; Employment Insurance; Social Insurance Number, and as a receiving agent for Canadian Passports. Use your skills, passions, and dedication to support your community through life’s big moments.
