Description:

The Victoria Faulkner Women's Centre is seeking a dynamic Executive Director who is committed to supporting our team to bring our new strategic plan to life and continuing to explore and lead decolonization efforts in our community with the Board. We offer a flexible employment space that is committed to feminism and anti oppression and making these values live through, not only the programs we run, but the workplace we operate.

A BIT OF BACKGROUND

Over the last three years the Women’s Centre has focused our efforts on strengthening internal systems, such as finance and onboarding, and rebuilding our partnerships and community relationships since the pandemic closed our doors and pivoted our programming.

The Board of Directors has begun strategic planning and has set a strong direction for our work over the next 3-5 years. The incoming Executive Director will be a part of this ongoing process and will step into a fresh mandate to deliver.
