The focus of a two day gathering to validate the stresses, strengths, and resilience of the people who will be present and provide some tools for doing healing work with individuals and families utilizing a blend of traditional healing principles and mainstream therapy techniques.
The presenters will provide healing principles that:
- utilizes the strengths and ceremonies of one's own community
- utilizes the power of the healing circle
- utilizes the healing art of story-telling
The model developed is value-based and relationship focused with emphasis on including as many of the community as possible.
